James worked in general practice for 6 years during which time he completed the MFGDP diploma and an MSc in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He returned to the hospital in 2010 to commence specialist training in restorative dentistry. He completed his Membership in Endodontics in 2013 and Fellowship exam in 2014. He now works as a Consultant in Restorative Dentistry at the University Dental Hospital of Manchester and part time in both general and specialist practice. He is working in a team to improve the management of dental trauma across Greater Manchester.
